Andrew has worked worldwide, including financial services in the UK and, more recently, across a wide variety of industries, including data centres, tech start-ups, health, education, transport, and critical infrastructure. Andrew has a Masters in Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism (PICT), specialising in Cyber Security and holds IRAP, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP, CISM and SCF certifications.

With a lengthy career in the FBI across USA and international borders, specialising in complex global risk and compliance operations, Thomas brings a depth of real-world thinking and outcomes approach to extremely challenging and complex environments, including: National Security, threat intelligence programs and multi-jurisdictional operations; Anti-money laundering and counter terrorist funding governance programs; Multi-national risk and compliance programs with cross-border jurisdictional operations; Law enforcement and intelligence operational advisory to Australian Government to harmonise US/AUS strategic initiatives and legalisation; Managing bi-lateral threat intelligence GRC programs, proving raining and mentorship exchange; Multijurisdictional legal research and development of sustainable governance frameworks, policy, procedure, and best practice design and development. In additional to GRC certifications, Thomas holds a Juris Doctorate (Honours,), and is a licensed US Attorney with a Bachelor of Business Administration: Accounting & General Business.
